What if I am afraid of heights?
Don’t worry! Most people say zip lining is not as scary as they thought it would be! Our zip line is designed to keep you comfortable. Our guides are trained to keep you safe throughout the zipping process. Each piece of equipment, as well as the zipline is inspected daily to insure it is all in proper working order. We embrace the “Challenge by Choice” philosophy, so you can be sure you will not be forced to do anything you don’t want to do.
What should I wear or bring to zip line?
You’ll be required to wear closed toe shoes or athletic type footwear. We won’t be able to let you on the zip line if you’re wearing sandals or flip-flops.
We recommend bringing the following:
- Longer shorts and t-shirts that can be tucked in, so you’re more comfortable in our full body harnesses
- Remove any dangling jewelry and rings before arriving
- Bring a camera! (Make sure it has a strap so you can secure it)
There are storage lockers at the facility for guests to use. Mt. Crescent Ski Area is not responsible for your belongings or any loss of personal items. Mt. Crescent provides all equipment needed to zip!(e.g. harnesses and helmets).
